Recycling Shadows

Many years ago, I was in Tokyo and the fashion befuddled me. Everywhere i went, there were these pants cut in two, with garter straps connecting them. At the time they seemed silly and overpriced, i wrote it off as yet another eccentric Japanese fad. But after seeing this outfit by designer Benjamin Cho, i may have to eat my words. The silhouette is simple, yet sexy.
